El presidente del tribunal, Feng Gang, ha advertido de que otras empresas de tecnología con tiendas online similares deberían aprender de este caso y mejorar sus sistemas de verificación para evitar conflictos similares.
Los libros en cuestión están entre los más leídos dentro del Apple Store lo que ha forzado aún más la resolución de la denuncia interpuesta por el Sindicato de protección de los derechos. Es la segunda demanda de este tipo que presenta este sindicato, que se ocupa de ofrecer protección a los escritores locales en cuanto a los derechos de autor de sus obras.
